Link Up For Pink

Okay so I made this card for a family member and someone suggested that I post it on "LINK UP  For Pink" since it meet the requirements. I will have to say, I am glad she(Trina) from SOC sent me that way.

Sorry I have been missing in action for a while. Life has been more than hectic. Here are thank you goodies for my son's "Going to the Navy" going away party. I coordinated the invites with the favors. I will have to say that these "goodies" took my a long time to make, simply because  they are bittersweet. I am proud of our son but sad at the same time. He has less than two weeks before he actually leaves for the military.... :-(   I am looking for more party ideas...i am expecting close to 100 people( yes...100 people) at my home in less than two weeks....HELP!!!!!

I've been missing....

Sorry friends, I have not posted in sooooooo long, but I have been busy beyond understanding. For starters, my husband and I went on a seven day cruise, my son graduated high school, along with 3 of my nephews and younger cousin...i have gone on a 5 day camping trip, I have had out of town guest for most of the past two months....two of my co-workers lost their mothers...i have planned, prepared for and thrown my daughters sweet sixteen birthday, and blah, blah, blah.....it never ends...but, I HAVE ENJOYED MOST OF IT....I am currently preparing for my sister-in-laws baby shower but I have made time to create...i will be posting some of my latest creations later this evening...sorry again that I have been M.I.A...but hey.....SHE's BACK!

Another image from Mo's Digital Pencil and Copic markers...I am still trying to learn the whole shading and such with the Copics. I still think this image is just adorable...another card that remined me of my childhood..."Easter Sunday's Best". T.F.L

Okay so I went to an all day crop...literally all day, 10a.m-10p.m and one of my fellow scrappers had a few new carts...Elegant Edges and I believe the Springtime or Easter, well none-the-less, she agreed to cut some images for me. I saw this "chocolate" bunny and it so reminded me of when I was a child and my grandma would give all of her grandchildren a "chocolate" bunny for Easter. Sooooo of course I had to make a card out of it. Unfortunately my grandma is no longer here with us so I think I will just keep this card for myself, just as a reminder...

This was a quick card I made using Great Impressions stamps for the "ducky" and Stamps of Life stamps for the tulips,grass,clouds,eggs and sentiment. Thanks for looking

The Best of Pixar

I recently bought the BEST OF PIXAR cart( which now makes cart #68 for me) and decided to make WALL-E, which I have to admit, it took me almost an hour to create this card but I think it turned out just fabulous...and JACKJACK from the Incredibles, O.M.G, I feel in love with this little guy! T.F.L, comments are always welcomed.

Oh how much fun "Kate's ABC's" cart is. I think this card turned out so darn cute. What do you think? I can see many cards being made with this cart that is exclusive to JoAnn's Fabric stores. T.F.L
